It’s been a good year for snow. Not that we’ve really had any significant accumulation but its better than nothing! Yesterday, it snowed for a little bit but turned to freezing rain earlier than expected. This resulted in an accumulation of ice on top of the snow. And then it snowed a bit more this morning. Luckily, this combination of snow and ice wasn’t too bad. Most surfaces hadn’t really been cleared of snow yesterday and luckily were not slippery today!
It only snowed for a short time this morning but it was nice while it lasted! We had mostly nice medium sized flakes and it was cold enough that they did not melt as soon as they landed. The trees were covered in a very thin layer of ice. It didn’t look as nice as earlier this month when we had even more ice but certain bushes had a good amount.
