We spent our second day in Acadia National Park today, spending most of our time hiking around Jordan Pond. As the weather was good and the sun was out, we started out on the coast to see the difference compared to yesterday when it was dark and rainy. Later in the day, after finishing at Jordan Pond, we visited some other ponds and lakes in the park before calling it a day.

We headed right into Acadia National Park this morning, focusing on the area directly south of Bar Harbor. Many of the park roads are closed due to the winter season but all the coastline spots are easily visited by either driving or hiking. We ended up visiting many coastal locations from Schooner Head down to Otter Point. It was a dark, wet, and gloomy day today and the appearance of our photos reflect that!

Grand Teton National Park, Day 3
Once again, we headed out early to catch the sunrise. Unfortunately it was cloudy so we didn’t get that beautiful morning glow that we saw yesterday. Afterwards, we drove around looking for wildlife before heading back to town for breakfast. We were planning on searching for wildlife later on but by that time visibility was quite limited due to an incoming storm so we headed to the airport a bit earlier than planned to end our trip.

We headed out early in the morning to catch sunrise. It was spectacular! After returning to our hotel for breakfast and some rest, we headed out again to see some beautiful mountain scenery and to look for wildlife. It was a good day!
