The vast majority of the local cherry blossoms have bloomed! Almost every tree is now completely full of flowers. So far its been a very good start to the spring season!
The blossoms look good no matter what the lighting is! Today it was a bit dark and very uniform as there was an overcast sky. It had just stopped raining, resulting in drops of water everywhere.
There are still a few clusters of unopened buds here and there. When will they open?
The earliest trees to bloom are starting to drop their leaves, though not many petals have fallen so far. The largest quantity was here under the very first tree where we saw cherry blossoms this year.
The plum blossoms are still looking wonderful as they have ever since they first opened. Like the cherry blossoms, there are a few petals on the ground now.
